Job Description - HR Administrator - Financial Services

Job DescriptionMiryco are supporting a leading Asset Manager in their search for a HR & Talent Administrator to assist their dynamic HR & talent acquisition team with high-volume coordination and support. This opportunity would suit a high-performing individual with recruitment coordination experience within a professional and/or financial services firm with between 1-3 years of experience in talent or HR, developing exceptional organisational skills.Responsibilities:Create and maintain the schedules of individuals or teams within a high volume talent department; update all information through the in-house interview scheduling system.Assist the wider talent and HR function with operational administration including, but not limited to, candidate experience, onboarding processes and diversity & inclusion.Balance the availability and resources against incoming requests to ensure all tasks are completed on time and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes in priorities or deadlines.Requirments:Between 1-4 years of experience in a coordination position within a professional/financial services firm.Experience using GreenHouse candidate tracking system.Demonstrates intellectual curiosity with a focus on continuous improvementAbility to work independently and at high-volumes.Location: London (hybrid)Up to £50,000 annualised salary with benefitsPlease note our client is unable to offer sponsorship for this opportunity.
