HR Administrator for North London Secondary School

Must hold and Enhanced DBS on the update service.

Their main responsibilities will be: 

HR administration and compliance – onboarding/offboarding, pre-employment and safeguarding checks, SCR, staff records and HR systems.
Absence and probation administration – supporting sickness return-to-work processes and overseeing probation documentation.
Recruitment support – assisting with recruitment, candidate communication, events and inductions.
Reprographics and printing
HR data and reporting – maintaining accurate staff data and supporting workforce census and performance management administration.
Daily cover operations – managing morning absence and cover processes, including SIMS updates, cover staff and safeguarding checks.
Room bookings and general administration – managing room bookings, reception cover, reprographics, stationery and general admin.
Staff support  supporting staff with HR information and processes.
✔ Experience working with young people (school, youth clubs, coaching)
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Confident supervising large groups
✔ Professional and proactive attitude
✔ DBS Enhanced check (or willing to obtain)
✔ Relevant qualifications (coaching award / youth work qualification) desirable but not essential
