With unusual (for PE) forward planning, they are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to take part in a job share when the previous full time incumbent returns to work part time after a period of maternity leave.
This arrangement could be 3 days a week or perhaps 5 days a week 10am - 3pm.
While they can be flexible, the days which must be covered will almost certainly be Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
All days will be working in the office.
The start date for this role could be July or early August.
Likely salary will be £50k - £55k as a base full time equivalent, with discretionary bonus.
The Candidate
At least 5 years experience, potentially many more years, as an HR Generalist in a Financial Services firm, ideally Private Equity, Investment Management or Asset Management.
Other financial services firms may be considered if the CV is otherwise consistent and strong.
CIPD level 5 or 7.
Must be competent with HRIS and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Parents returning from Parental Leave will be welcome.
