About You:To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Human Resources Knowledge: Demonstrable experience within a human resources function, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Relevant Qualifications: CIPD membership or a comparable credential in Human Resource Management.
- Excellent Time Management: Ability to juggle competing priorities and meet tight deadlines effectively.
- Professional Demeanour: A composed, dependable, and confidential approach to sensitive issues.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Capable of building rapport at all levels, demonstrating tact, confidence, and emotional intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:As an HR Advisor, you will play a central role in supporting the People function, with responsibilities including:
- Leading recruitment efforts for roles within Business Services, Legal Support, and Trainee Solicitor pathways.
- Organising and managing graduate internships and work placements for A-level students.
- Coordinating the firm’s presence at careers fairs and related events.
- Overseeing the full employee journey in line with the company’s People goals and wider business plans.
