HR Recruit is currently seeking an experienced HR professional to join an expanding organisation in the industrial sector. Reporting directly into the HR Business Partner (based at another site) there is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of HR within the site.

HR Advisor Responsibilities

• Review and renewal of all HR Policies and procedures
• Managing and/or supporting recruitment related activities and other HR processes
• Provide 1st Line HR Support for all employees.
• To carry out HR project work as required
• Provide advice and support to line managers and employees regarding any change in employment legislation,.
• To assist with the disciplinary and grievance procedures: advising managers, supporting investigations
• To manage data contained in the HR system, ensuring it is accurate and up-to-date
• Perform any HR administrative tasks

Person Specification

• Must have at least 4 years generalist HR experience
• Working understanding of UK Employment Law
• Resilient and able to work under pressure
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing requirements
• High level of attention to detail
• Can do attitude and down to earth approach

In return you will receive a salary of between £30,000-£37,000.
