Are you a people-focused HR professional who loves solving problems, building relationships, and making a real impact? We're recruiting exclusively on behalf of a growing long term client in Saltash that's looking for a HR Advisor to join their supportive, forward-thinking team.

The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to take ownership of a varied caseload, support line managers, and contribute to a people-first culture. You'll work closely with the Head of People and regional managers to coach, guide, and deliver practical HR solutions across a busy retail network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a wide range of employee relations cases, including grievances, absence, and disciplinary matters.
• Use HR and business KPI data to identify trends and drive meaningful change.
• Coach store managers on all aspects of people management and policy.
• Champion the internal HR brand - approachable, solutions-focused, and trusted.
• Support continuous improvement by keeping up to date with employment law and best practice.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a similar HR role
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
• Confident, people-first mindset - someone who builds trust and communicates well at all levels.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
• CIPD Level 3 qualified (or working towards Level 5/7).

Hours: Full-time 9am - 5pm (Monday to Friday) - 35 hours per week. Flexible working will be considered. Home Working: The client offers one day per week home working.

Travel: This position does involve some travel in the Southwest, hence the provision of a company car.
