My client is recruiting for a proactive and confident HR Advisor to join our team and support the HR Business Partner in delivering a high-quality HR service across the organisation. As the HR Advisor, you’ll be the go-to contact for line managers and employees, providing expert guidance across a full range of HR matters including employee relations, well being, policies, and day-to-day HR support.
?? Key Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for HR queries, delivering consistent, practical advice.
Support managers with employee relations, including disciplinary and grievances.
Advise on absence management, well being, and best practice initiatives.
Handle sickness and health-related cases, including Occupational Health referrals.
Assist the HR Business Partner with more complex employee relations cases.
Help shape and implement HR policies and procedures.
? About you
Previous experience in a generalist HR role.
Solid understanding of HR processes and employment legislation.
Experience using HR systems (Cascade desirable).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data tracking.
? Qualifications:
Degree educated or equivalent experience.
CIPD qualification (or working towards) highly desirable.
