HR Advisor

An expanding organisation, based in the Harrow area, is looking for an experience HR Advisor to support Managers across the business. The role would suit someone with generalist HR experience, able to provide advice to managers from resourcing to ER.

Key responsibilities

• Support with employee life cycle, suggesting improvements to enhance employee experience
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process, working closely with the HR Administrator
• Supporting managers with any ER related queries
• Working on projects as required with the HR Manager

Key skills/experience

• CIPD
• Experience supporting managers with ER issues
• Desire to make the employee experience smoother and more efficient
