Reed HR are looking for a dynamic, adaptable, and solutions-focused HR professional with strong advisory experience. In this role, you’ll collaborate with managers across diverse departments to lead and support a variety of strategic initiatives. Your work will help shape the future of the organisation through:

Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-Time, 37 hours per week
Salary: £33,366 – £43,693 per annum
Location: Hybrid working available

Candidate specification:

• CIPD Level 5 qualification
• Proven experience in an advisor role within HR or OD (public or private sector)
• Strong coaching and advisory skills, with the confidence to influence and support managers
