Reed HR is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a respected organisation in the medical sector, currently seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Advisor to join their team in Hastings.

The Role:

As HR Advisor, you will provide comprehensive HR support across the organisation, ensuring best practice and compliance in all areas of people management. You’ll work closely with managers and staff to deliver effective solutions in employee relations, recruitment, and workforce development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on HR policies, procedures, and employment law
• Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, and absence
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes
• Contribute to workforce planning and organisational development
• Deliver training and coaching to line managers
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with sector regulations

About You:

• Previous experience in an HR Advisor or similar role, ideally within healthcare or a regulated environment
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident in managing ER cases and advising senior stakeholders
• CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) is desirable
