HR Advisor

?? Location: Skelmersdale (commutable from Liverpool)
?? Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
?? Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Our client is seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Advisor to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a dynamic organisation and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

• Support the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes
• Assist with performance management and employee development initiatives
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations
• Contribute to employee benefits and well-being programmes
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practices
• Support training delivery and learning initiatives
• Manage disciplinary and grievance cases professionally

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or above
• Experience in an HR Advisor or similar role
• Strong knowledge of HR systems and employment law
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build trusted relationships across all levels
• Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
• Full UK driving licence
• (Desirable) Experience in manufacturing or production environments
