HR Advisor

Reed HR are proud to be supporting a forward-thinking and long-established manufacturing business in South Wales as an HR Advisor. This role offers a true generalist opportunity, joining a supportive HR unit, you will be an integral part of the team and assisting with all aspects of HR.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
• Support managers with performance management, absence management, and employee relations.
• Analyse HR data to identify areas for improvement
• Creating and updating HR policies
• Supporting the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals.

What you'll need:

• Ideally CIPD qualified
• HR generalist experience
• Understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.
