HR Advisor – Rotherham - £30,000

Responsibilities:

• Guide managers on HR policies, manage grievances, disciplinaries, TUPE, and performance cases.
• Support hiring aligned with organisational values and ensure a welcoming onboarding process.
• Maintain HR policies, ensure compliance with legislation, and produce key HR metrics.
• Identify training needs and promote trauma-informed practices.
• Oversee HR systems, payroll, and leave management.
• Drive initiatives in wellbeing, diversity, and continuous improvement.

Skills and Qualifications Required:
Essential:

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or above.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment law, and TUPE.
• Excellent communication and business management skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to motivate and manage staff effectively.

Desirable:

• Experience using Bamboo HR.
• Knowledge of the housing or social care sector.
