As an HR Advisor reporting to the European HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end HR lifecycle across global regions, providing support across key HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, and Employee Engagement. You will play a key role in delivering expert guidance on various people-related matters, ensuring the effective implementation of policies, practices, and compliance with employment legislation. Additionally, you will support managers through restructures, assist with TUPE processes, and contribute to employee engagement initiatives.

The HR Advisor is a broad and impactful HR generalist role that combines deep expertise, creativity, and commercial insight to deliver effective people solutions and drive meaningful change across the organisation. As a trusted partner, you will provide innovative, forward-thinking advice and constructive challenge, while ensuring a consistently high-quality experience for all stakeholders.

A fast paced and varied role, where such duties will include:

• Collaborate with managers and leaders across the business to deliver expert guidance on employee relations, promoting a culture built on trust, fairness, and accountability
• Contribute to the design and implementation of initiatives that elevate the employee experience
• Lead the ongoing enhancement of people processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring they are efficient, inclusive, and aligned with business goals
• Apply your deep expertise in employment law and employee relations best practices to confidently and clearly guide managers and employees through complex and sensitive situations
• Leverage your strong analytical mindset and Excel skills to maintain data integrity, produce insightful reports, and support data-driven decision-making

The successful candidate will have proven experience operating as a HR Advisor, preferably within a fast-paced, matrix environment. A strong HR generalist background is essential, along with in-depth knowledge of employee relations and employment law. You will have excellent stakeholder management with a passion for working with Excel and HR Analytics. If you have a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a positive, can-do attitude this will be of great interest to my client.
