HR Advisor

We are currently partnering with a successful logistics organisation who are looking for a HR Advisor to join their HR team.

This is a full-time permanent role based from the Leeds office. Typical hours being 8am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday.

The HR Advisor will be a key point of contact for managers and employees across the business providing expert guidance and support across a wide range of HR topics, ensuring compliance with internal policy and employment legislation. This role serves as a trusted partner to the business, driving culture, promoting best practice and supporting to foster a great place to work in everything they do.

The Role:

• Provide guidance, advice and support on a range of HR topics such as absence, disciplinary and grievance
• Deliver the end to end recruitment process
• Support the HR Manager on a range of HR duties such as project work
• Coach and upskill managers to manage low level HR queries
• Manage onboarding and induction activity for any new starters
• Support on training and development activities

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year working as a HR Advisor
• CIPD Level 5 or relevant experience
• Can work from the office full-time, and travel to different business locations if needed occasionally
