We're on the lookout for an experienced HR Advisor to join our HR team based in Leicester. If you're passionate about supporting people, building strong relationships and helping managers navigate people matters confidently, this could be the role for you.
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. From employee relations and manager coaching, to recruitment support and engagement activity, you'll play a key role in delivering a practical, approachable and high quality HR service across our hotels. Working closely with managers and teams across the business, you'll help create a positive and consistent experience for our people whilst contributing to improvements in how we work and support our teams.
