Job Description - HR Advisor


Major Responsibilities:


 



  • Management of HR related administration, including references, benefits and checking documentation

  • Superuser and admin for HR information systems – a previous experience with an HRIS system would be beneficial.

  • Manage with the help of the People Partner Immigration specialist, visa requests for international hires, and supporting global mobility

  • Creating HR KPI reports as required

  • Supporting with employee relations cases

  • Responsible for induction and onboarding new hires

  • Perform other related duties as assigned


 


 


Experience:


 



  • Previous administration experience

  • Capacity to work in a constantly changing environment

  • A self-starter who can see a task through to the end and work off initiative

  • Knowledge of the VFX industry would be useful, but not essential

  • Degree in HR, or CIPD qualifications, or 1 to 2 years of experience in an HR role would be advantageous
