Here at GXO, we’re looking for a HR Advisor to join us on our WH SMITH site based in Birmingham. In this role, you’ll support the HR Manager in delivering a professional, proactive, and consistent HR service to the operation, working closely with managers and trade union representatives to support business objectives and colleague engagement.
This is a full‑time, permanent position, offering a genuine opportunity to develop your HR career within one of the world’s leading logistics organisations. The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00 or 09:00 – 17:00
Pay, benefits and more:
You’ll be paid a salary of up to £33,000 per annum, you’ll also receive 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days so you can enjoy a positive work-life balance.
