Hr Advisor

3 Month FTC | Immediate Start | Hybrid Working
We're supporting a well-established professional services organisation in the search for an experienced HR Services Advisor to join the team on a 3-month fixed-term basis.

This is a varied, client-facing role providing practical HR advice and guidance across a broad range of employee relations and employment law matters.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide HR advice and support to clients across a range of industries.

* Manage a variety of Employee Relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance matters.

* Deliver commercially focused, practical employment law guidance.

* Review and update HR documentation, policies and letters.

* Build strong relationships with clients and deliver an excellent advisory service.

* Maintain accurate case records and work within agreed service levels.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

* Previous experience in an HR Advisor role.

* Strong Employee Relations experience.

* Good working knowledge of UK employment law.

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

* The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

* CIPD qualification (Level 5 and above)
