HR Advisor

We are supporting a global leader within the defence and aerospace industry in the recruitment of an HR Advisor for an initial six-month contract, with the possibility of extension.

This role will support the HR Business Partnering team and offers a broad mix of HR administration, employee relations, recruitment support, reporting and HR systems work.

The Opportunity

You will play a key role in ensuring HR policies and processes are applied consistently while providing practical support and advice to managers and employees.

Key Responsibilities

Support HR Business Partners with day-to-day HR activities
Provide guidance on absence management, disciplinary processes and employee relations matters
Manage HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle
Process employee changes and HR transactions through Workday and SAP
Support recruitment activities and liaise with hiring managers
Produce HR reports and analyse workforce data to identify trends and risks
Support performance review, talent management and wellbeing initiatives
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures

Candidate Profile

We are keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:

Previous HR experience within a generalist HR role
Experience supporting employee relations cases
Strong administrative and organisational capability
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Strong Excel and reporting skills
Experience with HR systems such as Workday, SAP or similar platforms
A proactive, customer-focused approach and strong attention to detail
