Are you an HR Advisor with a strong Employee Relations background looking for a secure, long-term position within a successful manufacturing business? You'll provide hands-on HR support across the site, with a strong focus on Employee Relations including disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance management. You'll work closely with managers, providing practical advice, coaching and guidance while helping maintain a positive working environment. Your Role As HR Advisor:

Provide hands-on HR advice and support across a busy manufacturing site
Manage Employee Relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance
Coach and advise managers through HR processes
Support investigations and formal meetings
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed consistently
Build strong relationships with managers and employees across the business
Support wider HR projects and continuous improvementAs An HR Advisor You'll Need:

Strong Employee Relations experience
Experience working within a fast-paced environment
Confident handling disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance cases
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to confidently advise and influence managers
Manufacturing experience would be advantageous
Commutable to Normanton
