* Build trusted relationships with managers and key stakeholders across the business.
* Identify potential risks and provide balanced, practical and commercially appropriate advice.
* Maintain accurate case records and produce relevant HR reports and management information.
* Use HR data to identify patterns and recommend practical interventions to improve attendance and employee wellbeing.
* Support continuous improvement across HR policies, processes and the employee experience.
* Contribute to wider HR projects, process improvements and business initiatives.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues across HR and the wider organisation.

* Able to manage your own workload, prioritise competing demands and work autonomously.
* Passionate and experienced in advising, coaching and supporting managers through ER processes.
* Strong experience managing absence cases and advising managers on attendance-management procedures.
* Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice, including reasonable adjustments and disability-related absence.
* Strong communication, relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills.
