Sheffield - with travel to additional locations

£45,000 + car allowance

Are you an experienced HR Advisor qualified to CIPD Level 5? This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, successful business travelling to various sites and providing expert HR advice!

Description of the role:

Being first point of contact to all HR related queries.
Advising both managers and employees on policies and procedures.
Supporting HR Business Partners on disciplinary and investigation processes.
Supporting recruitment activities and conducting interviews.
Managing the onboarding and probation process for new starters.
Identifying training and development needs throughout the business.
Maintaining accurate records.
Supporting the payroll team with payroll information and providing support to employees.
Contributing to the development and implementation of policies and procedures.

About you:

Qualified to CIPD Level 5.
Experience of working within an Advisory or Generalist role.
Experience in managing employee relations and performance management processes.
HR System and software knowledge.
Knowledge of employment law and best practices.
Ability to travel to additional sites and locations.
