HR Advisor

I am looking for a HR Advisor to work in the Newcastle Under Lyme region with a leading housing association.
Salary: up to £38,830.05 depending upon experience

Hours per week: 37

Contract type: Fixed term until 31 March 2027

Location: Home-based, with occasional local travel to sites and offices around the Newcastle Under Lyme region.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your change management, recruitment and systems knowledge and experience. Restructure and merger experience would be beneficial. Requirements:

Demonstratable experience, ideally CIPD qualified (or working towards).
Experience in a wide range of change management programs, restructures, employee relations and relevant legislation.
A keen eye on talent management to attract the right candidates and make successful appointments to vacancies.
Detail focused, with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Tech savvy, proficient in IT with experience working with HRIS and ATS systems.
Confident in dealing with people at all levels, with strong influencing and communication skills.
Ability to build effective working relationships and key stakeholder management skills.In return we can offer you:
