Salary: Up to £45,000 / hourly rate equivalent

Key Responsibilities:
As a temporary HR Advisor, you'll play a vital role in supporting a busy HR team. Your responsibilities will include:

Handling day-to-day HR queries and providing professional support.
Offering accurate advice on HR policies, including disciplinary and grievance issues.
Analysing employee statistics such as absence and turnover to drive improvements.
Maintaining up-to-date HR data using our HRIS (Employment Hero).
Leading recruitment processes from start to finish.
Championing mental health initiatives and promoting equal opportunities.
Conducting internal audits and revising job descriptions as needed.What We're Looking For:

2-3 years of generalist HR experience is essential.
CPP or CIPD qualification is desirable.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and employee relations.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook is a must!
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
