are delighted to be working with our client in recruiting an
HR Advisor
based on the
Isle of Wight . This is a permanent, full-time position which is fully office based.
In this role, you will report into a fantastic Head of People where you will be the go-to person for advice on a range of employment-related issues.
Your role will be pivotal in providing specialist HR advice, focusing on early and informal resolution of employee relations issues and conflict resolution. You will be helping to navigate the complexities of HR with ease and confidence.
You will hold at least a Level 5 CIPD qualification and have a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of HR policies, procedures and best practices.
You will possess strongly developed communication skills, capable of articulating complex information effectively and persuasively, with a talent for negotiation and influencing. The role demands an independent worker, proactive and self-motivated, with a flexible approach to adapt to changing situations and the initiative to respond to immediate requests.
In return our client is offering a salary up to £33,400 DEO, plus numerous benefits including; 30 days annual leave + bank holidays, free counselling & wellbeing support, free on-site gym, Christmas shutdown and free parking.
