HR Advisor Employee Relations

We're working with a well-established, values-driven legal business that's passionate about putting people at the heart of everything they do. As part of their dedicated People Services team, you'll be working closely with managers and employees to deliver confident, compassionate, and commercially-sound ER advice.

What you'll be doing:

Delivering people-centred, resolution-focused ER advice to managers across the business

Supporting and upskilling line managers on a range of employee relations issues

Leading on investigations, hearings, and formal processes including restructures, redundancies and TUPE

Acting as the first point of contact for technical HR queries and escalating high-risk situations appropriately

Supporting wider HR projects focused on culture, policy, and continuous improvement

Staying on top of employment law changes and helping shape ER processes accordingly

What we're looking for:

Experience working at HR Advisor level (or similar) with solid ER knowledge

A good understanding of employment law and how it applies in practice

A collaborative, proactive approach with the confidence to coach and advise others

Strong written communication and documentation skills

Someone who genuinely cares about creating a fair, inclusive and people-first working culture
