Hr Advisor - Employee Relations

Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join an organisation on a temporary basis.

The Role:

* Managing complex grievance, disciplinary, performance and attendance cases.

* Providing advice and guidance to managers throughout the employee relations process.

* Managing a high-volume caseload effectively, ensuring cases are progressed within appropriate timescales.

* Attending formal hearings and meetings, including at different organisational sites where required.

* Working closely with managers and employees to ensure HR processes are followed consistently and fairly.

* Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring all HR processes comply with relevant policies and procedures.

About You

* Strong previous experience working as an HR Advisor/Employee Relations Advisor.

* Confident managing complex ER cases independently.

* Proven ability to manage a large caseload and prioritise competing demands.

* Strong knowledge of grievance, disciplinary, performance and attendance processes.
