HR Advisor - European Operations - Key Responsibilities:Provide HR generalist support for EU teams, including onboarding, employee changes, compliance, and offboarding
Advise on local employment law and HR practices, with a strong emphasis on Germany or the Netherlands
Coordinate HR processes in line with regional legislation and business policies
Liaise with international payroll teams and manage documentation accurately
Collaborate with managers to ensure consistent and compliant people practices
Support internal projects across performance, policy, and system updates
Profile
HR Advisor - European Operations - What We're Looking For:Strong HR experience with exposure to multiple European countries (Germany or the Netherlands preferred)
Understanding of EU employment legislation
A confident communicator with experience managing HR processes end-to-end
Highly organised, collaborative, and proactive in approach
Job Offer
HR Advisor - European Operations - What's on Offer:Circa £30,000 salary depending on experience
