Are you a HR Advisor / Officer or similar looking for a hands on role where you will undertake varied work as the go-to HR person, working closely with management in a multi-million £ leading manufacturer who pride themselves on looking after and developing their staff in a role offering a bonus to increase your earnings?

This leading company produce roofing and similar products for a broad range of projects, primarily in residential and industrial settings. They have seen continual growth since their establishment over 30 years ago to the point they now have 90 staff members, and due to an ever increasing workload are looking to further grow their friendly team.

This varied role will see you operating as the go-to HR person in the business as you provide support and generalist advice for employees and managers, carry out reports and associated administration responsibilities and assist in the recruitment process. You will work closely with the senior leadership team and different departments as you work Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30.

The Role:
