HR Advisor (P&C Advisor) - Manchester, UK
Working hours: 40 hours per week
Salary Range: £35,000 -£38,000 (DOE and interview assessment)
Workplace: Manchester with paid travel when required to various locations within the UK.
The P&C Advisor is the first point of contact for our stores within the UK and will act as a trusted partner to local retail leadership teams.
You will provide hands-on support and guidance in all People & Culture related matters, primarily within operational questions, ensuring that policies, processes, and initiatives are not only implemented consistently but also tailored to UK employment law.
This role is based in Manchester, working closely with the People & Culture team to deliver and execute people tasks to our stakeholders within our retail stores within the UK & Ireland. Travel will be expected as necessitated by the business and people requirements to build strong relationships with our Area and Store Managers to understand and support the challenges faced by our retail teams. To support UK expansion, this role will also involve travel to new store locations to lead recruitment and oversee onboarding of store teams.
Key Responsibilities:
This role offers plenty of variety, but your primary focus will be driving the administrative side of store openings. You’ll play a key role in recruitment for new stores, sourcing and screening candidates, and managing the essential processes that make recruitment and onboarding seamless.
