What You'll Do:
As our HR Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience within our clients educational institution. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers and staff
Supporting recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding
Assisting in employee relations matters with a focus on resolution and support
Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Engaging in training and development initiatives to uplift staff capabilities
Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with HR regulations
Promoting a positive work culture through various HR initiatives

What We're Looking For:
We need someone who is not only skilled but also brings a positive attitude to the table! The ideal candidate will have:

A strong background in HR, preferably within the education sector (not essential, other or similar industries will be considered)
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
CIPD Level 3 essential
The ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with diverse groups
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution
