Job Description - HR and Office Manager

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced HR Professional with demonstrable track-record of managing their own HR caseload up to advisory level, who can provide high quality business support to a PE backed SME based in Nottingham.

The successful applicant will possess previous HR experience as well as the willingness to undertake a range of other facilities and Office Management duties. No two days will be the same!

The successful candidate will be met with an extensive benefits package, inclusive of 30 days holiday + stats, private medical insurance, on-site parking, and hybrid working patterns. They also offer a competitive salary of up to c£35,000 D.O.E. for the right candidate.

Roles & Responsibilities

Work in conjunction with the Head of HR
Undertake broad range of HR duties and own a HR caseload
Oversee day to day facilities management in the office
Support managers with HR queries and employee concerns
Booking travel for senior stakeholders within the business
Liaising with internal departments to understand needs and amend where required

Skills & Experience

Previous experience within a HR position owning own caseload is essential
CIPD qualifications desirable but not essential (qualification support may be available to the right candidate with motivation to undertake)
Experience dealing with first line employee relations queries
Organised individual with a strong work ethic
Good analytical and numerical skills
