Job Description - HR & Payroll Admin

Meraki Talent is working in partnership with a reputable client to recruit an experienced HR & Payroll Administrator to support their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in HR administration and payroll coordination who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.

This role is a FTC to perm. Candidates available immediately or shorter notice period (less than two weeks) will be preferred.

HR & Payroll Duties:

Collate, verify, and prepare monthly payroll data, including absences, timesheets, and pay changes, for submission to an external payroll provider.
Liaise with the payroll provider to resolve any queries or discrepancies.
Support onboarding of new starters, including preparing documentation including offers and contracts.
Responsible for induction processes for all new joiners.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including managing correspondence and filing.
Assist with ad hoc HR projects and initiatives as required.

Person Specification:

Previous experience in a HR admin role
Must have supported with Payroll data collection
High attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience using a HR system
