Job Description - HR and PR Assistant
Job Purpose:
Play an integral role in providing effective and seamless HR services. The successful candidate will involve a lot of hands-on work in all aspects of the HR and PR functions and support other administrative or operational duties when required.
Person Specification:
Essential skills & experience
A degree or qualification in HR or relevant subjects
Proficient in both Mandarin & English
Proficient in Excel, Microsoft package and be able to learn HR systems
Has the ability to provide highly accurate and quality work all the time.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Strong administrative writing skills.
Commitment to confidentiality and a high degree of integrity and professionalism
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Desirable skills & experience
Have work experience in a multi-cultural environment
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Support talent acquisition/recruitment function and staff onboarding/exit
Hands-on support on general HR administration activities, including preparation of contracts, HR documents, inductions and exit interviews
Maintain accurate data on HRIM system, including new starters, leavers and employment T&Cs changes
Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining files
Undertake specific HR projects, providing effective project planning to ensure delivery on time and to the required standard, as and when required
Manage and develop company website, intranet HR page and social media accounts to promote company culture and job opportunities
Design and create text and digital content for a variety of audiences
Support VIP event management including headquarter senior officials
Support company organisation development and team building activities
Supporting other administrative or operational duties as when required
Other Features of job:
37.5 hrs per week, Monday to Thursday 8:00 – 16:30, Friday 8:00 – 14:00
Must be eligible to work in the UK
