is seeking a proactive HR & Recruitment Assistant to support a growing workforce and busy recruitment cycle.

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment campaigns from advert to appointment


• Manage application tracking, candidate communication and interview scheduling


• Conduct pre-employment checks including DBS, references and ID


• Support HR record-keeping, payroll changes and contractual updates


• Assist with staff induction mornings and new starter briefings


• Maintain strict compliance with safer recruitment guidance
