Job Description - HR and Recruitment Coordinator

We’re looking for a dedicated and organised Office Manager to take charge of day-to-day office operations and ensure a smooth, welcoming, and well-run workplace. This role is central to maintaining a productive environment, supporting staff and visitors, and coordinating with vendors and service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee office operations, supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination
Manage visitor access and front-of-house experience
Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements; act as fire marshal/first aider
Plan and coordinate internal events and team activities
Support ad hoc administrative projects and office process improvements

What You’ll Bring:

Proven experience in office or facilities management
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Familiarity with health and safety standards
A proactive, dependable approach and ability to work both independently and with others
