We are partnering with this global engineering business - a true innovator in its sector - to find an exceptional HR & Recruitment Coordinator for a maternity cover contract. Based in Exeter, this is a brilliant opportunity to build your HR experience in a busy, friendly and well-established team.

?? In this role, you'll be:

• The first point of contact for all things HR
• Managing temp recruitment and agency relationships
• Supporting onboarding, offboarding and day-to-day HR operations
• Keeping systems sharp, reports accurate, and processes running like clockwork

?? What are we looking for?

• CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience
• Confident communicator with a warm, professional approach
• Exceptionally organised, process-driven and detail-focused
• Able to handle sensitive matters with discretion and diplomacy
