A leading independent school in Hertfordshire is seeking an HR & Recruitment Officer to support its growing staff community.

The Role

You will coordinate recruitment campaigns, onboarding processes, safeguarding checks, employee records, and HR administration across the school.

You will also support employee wellbeing initiatives and play an important role in maintaining a positive staff experience.

Salary & Benefits
