We are seeking an experienced and passionate HR professional to join our growing team as an HR Apprenticeship Trainer & Skills Coach.
In this rewarding role, you will support and guide learners working towards their Level 3 and Level 5 HR apprenticeships, helping them develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to succeed in their careers. Through a blend of training delivery, coaching and assessment, you will play a key role in helping apprentices achieve their goals and successfully complete their End-Point Assessment (EPA).
Working closely with learners and employers, you will provide a high-quality learning experience that drives engagement, progression and achievement.
What You'll Be Doing
Deliver engaging apprenticeship training through virtual and face-to-face sessions
Coach and mentor learners throughout their apprenticeship journey
Assess learner work and provide constructive, developmental feedback
Monitor learner progress and support achievement of apprenticeship milestones
Conduct regular progress reviews with learners and employers
Prepare learners for Gateway and End-Point Assessment (EPA)
Support learners with additional learning needs, including SEND requirements
Ensure compliance with apprenticeship funding, safeguarding and quality standards
Maintain accurate learner records and documentation
Work collaboratively with colleagues to support learner success and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
Essential
Level 5 HR qualification (CIPD or equivalent)
A proven track record within HR, ideally at HR Advisor, HR Manager or HR Business Partner level
Experience delivering training, coaching, mentoring or professional development
Experience assessing performance and providing effective feedback
Assessor qualification (TAQA, CAVA, A1 or equivalent) or Teaching or training qualification (PTLLS, DTLLS, Cert Ed or equivalent)
Experience working within apprenticeships, further education or work-based learning
Knowledge of apprenticeship standards and EPA requirements
