What You’ll Be Doing:
Working closely with the HR Advisor and supporting the broader HR function, you’ll be involved in:

Coordinating remuneration, benefits, and wellbeing programmes
Supporting performance management and employee development
Organising learning and development activities
Assisting with HR budget tracking and financial processes
Playing a key role in ESG and ED&I initiatives
Helping with charity, sports, and social events
Maintaining HR compliance, systems, and the firm’s intranet
Supporting business continuity and cyber security documentation
Handling a wide range of general HR project administration

The Ideal Fit:

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication
High attention to detail and accuracy
Naturally confident and resilient, with a positive, team-focused approach
Skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
Able to handle confidential information with professionalism
A creative, intuitive mindset and a proactive attitude
Prior experience in a professional services, or corporate setting is advantageous
