• Provide administrative support across all areas of HR
• Assist with recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee lifecycle documentation
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
• Support with HR reporting and compliance tasks
• Be a first point of contact for HR-related queries

• Previous experience in an HR support and studying towards a CIPD qualification
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A proactive and professional approach
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Must live within a commutable distance to Sittingbourne
