HR Assistant Wolverhampton January 2026

A well-respected 11–18 school in Wolverhampton is seeking an organised and personable HR Assistant to join its expanding HR and Operations team from January 2026.

The Role

You will support all aspects of HR administration, helping to ensure smooth, compliant and efficient processes across the school.

Your responsibilities will include:

• completing pre-employment checks and onboarding


• maintaining single central record (SCR) accuracy


• supporting recruitment campaigns and shortlisting


• assisting with staff absence monitoring


• producing letters, contracts and HR documentation


• maintaining confidential staff files and digital records
