HR Advisor required for Corporate PR Agency in the City with hybrid working.
Fantastic opportunity for an HR Advisor to work with a talented team of HR professionals in this City PR agency.
This is a replacement role as the current candidate in the role is re-locating in August and they want to ensure a long and smooth handover.

Recruitment, the co-ordination and arranging of interviews, cv administration, managing the Trainee scheme. You will alos be responsible for organising and co-ordinating all new junior schedules, manage new joiner and leaver administration.
Payroll responsibilities will include monthly payroll input, responsible for updating the payroll inbox and working with Finance to investigate. You will also be responsible for HR Operations for new and exisiting employees with the preparing and issuing of HR letters and documentation.
You will also manage employee electronic records, organising probation reviews, sick leave and HR reports and metrics assistign with HR trends and practices. You will work closely with HR trends and practices and work closely with the HR Manager regarding budgets costs and expenditure.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years HR Administrative experience and have at least CIPD level 3. You will have excellent administrative skills and the ability to work at a fast-paced in a busy demanding environment. You will be a great team player with is very self-motivated with the ability to multi-task, immediate start for the right candidate.
