We’re recruiting … HR Business Analyst (12-month FTC)

Location: Market Drayton / Hybrid (3 days per week on-site)

Contract: Full-Time, 12-month FTC

Hours: Monday–Friday (40 hours)

As a HR Business Analyst, you will help facilitate change by reviewing existing business processes and systems and defining requirements to support the business and drive efficiencies. You will provide a vital link between the Business and the Systems teams, understanding both elements to provide a channel for change.

What you’ll do -

• Requirement gathering from the SME population.


• Learn and understand existing processes and systems to assist with change through project life cycle.


• Ensure projects support the business with requirements gathering and documentation


• Define future state architecture for projects.


• Facilitate communication between project and business stakeholders, developers and software application engineers.


• Formulate ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research.


• Persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or strategies.


• Oversee the implementation of new technology and systems.


• Run workshops and training sessions.

• Educated to degree level


• Strong project stakeholder management and communication skills


• Technical competence in systems and change delivery


• Delivery focussed approach to challenges


• Experience in Business models incorporating data and process


• Reliable and consistent approach to data checking


• Excellent knowledge of Office 365 utilisation


• Independent and outgoing approach


• Good technical cross-over skills


• Critical attention to detail


• Excellent facilitation skills with good conflict resolution skills
