What will you be doing?
We’re seeking a talented HR Business Partner to join our HR team on a 12 month FTC in London. You will work closely with the HR team and management team to support the delivery of key objectives in the context of the people agenda. Working in partnership with the business, the HR Business Partner will combine an understanding of the organisation and its context with HR expertise, in order to tailor business solutions and develop effective interventions, to meet organisational needs, now and in the future.
As HR Business Partner, you will provide commercially focused and pragmatic solutions for all employment related matters, influencing the development and delivery of the people strategy, ensuring people plans and activities are integrated consistently and coaching managers to foster positive working relationships with employees.
