HR Business Partner – High-Growth Environment | Manchester

JGA are proud to be partnering with a dynamic, high-growth business on the lookout for an ambitious HR Business Partner to join their evolving team in Manchester.

This is a broad, generalist HR role offering hands-on involvement across the full HR lifecycle, with the added buzz of working in a fast-moving, change-driven environment. You’ll play a key role in shaping HR operations, leading on employee relations matters, and supporting strategic projects—including M&A integration.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers and employees across the business.
Manage ER cases with confidence, ensuring alignment with employment law and internal policies.
Support M&A activity through seamless HR process integration.
Drive initiatives across talent management, engagement, and performance.
Maintain accurate HR systems and employee data.
Champion continuous improvement in HR processes and policies.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a generalist HR role within a fast-paced setting.
Strong grasp of UK employment law and end-to-end ER case management.
Exposure to M&A or change projects is a real plus.
Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
