HR Business Partner - North & International

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading multi-brand retail group undergoing significant international growth. With an impressive portfolio of fashion and lifestyle brands, they are expanding into new sectors and markets and are now seeking a talented HR Business Partner to join their team.

This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a dynamic, multi-site retail environment and wants to be part of a collaborative, values-driven team.

The Role
As HR Business Partner - North & International, you will:

• Partner with UK (North) and International retail teams to provide strategic and operational HR support

• Deliver across a broad range of HR areas including employee relations, L&D, engagement, reward, and succession planning

• Act as a key contact during store openings, closures, and structural changes

• Develop and deliver HR projects aligned with business goals, providing key people insights and metrics

• Coach and support leaders and managers, ensuring a consistent and legally compliant approach

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist in a multi-site retail or customer-focused environment

• Strong knowledge of UK employment law; international exposure (particularly US) is required.

• A commercial mindset, with the ability to deliver results and influence stakeholders

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels

• Comfortable with travel across the UK and internationally as required
