HR Business Partner

HR Business Partner | Distribution Centre | Salary up to £55,000

Zachary Daniels is partnering with a prominent retailer to recruit a skilled HR Business Partner to support one of their busy Distribution Centres. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving the people strategy within a fast-paced and evolving environment.

As HR Business Partner, you'll be instrumental in championing the people agenda across the site. You will:

• Build strong, trusted relationships with managers and senior leaders

• Coach and support leadership teams, providing challenge and guidance where needed

• Handle day-to-day HR issues with professionalism and efficiency

• Advise on all aspects of performance, employee relations, and talent management

• Support and drive business-wide change initiatives

We're looking for a commercially astute HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you will have:

• Previous experience as a HR Generalist, preferably within retail or a similarly dynamic sector

• Strong background in employee relations and stakeholder management

• CIPD qualification (preferred, not essential)

• Proven experience working across corporate or head office functions

• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions

• Excellent influencing and communication skills

• A solutions-focused approach with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities

• A passion for embedding values and culture across teams

• Competitive base salary up to £50,000 per annum + Car allowance
