HR Business Partner

I am currently working exclusively with a growing SME looking for an experienced HR Business Partner for this newly created.

South Birmingham base - 4 days on-site, 1 WFH per week
Up to £65k + Car Allowance + Benefits.

As HR Business Partner you will work as part of the Senior Leadership team and you will lead on Learning and Development, Engagement and Well-being, Organisational Development and Culture and Employee Relations in this stand alone role.

As an experienced HR generalist you will be used to having responsibility for the full employee life-cycle, and be happy to roll your sleeves up as well as helping develop and implement the HR strategy.
